DHS Raises H-2B Visa Cap
An further 35,000 H-2B momentary-employee visas will be built available to employers for the next 50 % of fiscal calendar year (FY) 2020, in accordance to the Section of Homeland Protection (DHS).
The H-2B visitor-employee plan, capped each year at sixty six,000 visas break up evenly between the fall/winter and spring/summer seasons, is relied on by the landscaping, hospitality and building industries, among the other individuals.
