A federal district courtroom in Georgia not long ago dismissed claims introduced by a participant in the Rollins, Inc. 401(k) Approach (the “Plan”), on behalf of a putative class of all strategy contributors, alleging that defendants breached their fiduciary responsibilities by charging too much recordkeeping fees, picking out and retaining high-priced and underperforming cash in the Approach and failing to diversify the Plan’s investment options.
