HHS Final Rule Rolls Back Health Care Protections for Transgender Workers

The U.S. Section of Overall health and Human Providers (HHS) declared a final rule on June twelve reducing anti-discrimination protections centered on gender identification in wellbeing treatment and wellbeing insurance coverage that the agency suggests had been unenforceable and exceeded the prior administration’s authority.
