TEGUCIGALPA, March 2 (Reuters) – Honduran lawmakers have repealed laws that critics dubbed the “formal techniques regulation” for classifying public paperwork on countrywide security and protection, marking one of the initial endeavours below a new leftist administration to curb corruption.
