About the Speaker
Hon. Decide Matthew Braner acquired his undergraduate degree from the College of California at Berkeley, and his JD from the College of California, Hastings College of Law. He was appointed to the San Diego Top-quality Courtroom bench in 2014. For most of his authorized occupation he worked in the San Diego Public Defenders Business office as a trial deputy, appellate law firm, and then as supervisor of the Writs and Appeals Unit.
