BREAKING NEWS: China’s Supreme Court explains how to cite Guiding Cases

The Supreme People’s Courtroom of China (“SPC”) just issued its In depth Procedures on Applying the “Provisions of the Supreme People’s Courtroom on Case Guidance” (“In depth Procedures”), offering Chinese judges a great deal-necessary instruction on how to refer to Guiding Scenarios (“GCs”) in subsequent instances.
