Victims of Tangshan restaurant attack recovering from injuries, Chinese police say

Just after times of mounting community stress, Chinese law enforcement have finally issued an update on the investigation into a brutal restaurant assault in Tangshan — but the statement has done small to quell community outrage, or deal with problems for the victims.
