The Commandant of Uganda Rapid Deployment Capability Heart (URDCC), Brig Peter Gaetano Omola, flagged off a full of 105 UPDF personnel to participate in Training Justified Accord 2022 at Isiolo in Kenya.
Physical exercise Justified Accord is currently being done in Kenya by U.S. Southern European Task Drive – Africa (SETAF-AF) with the goal to develop readiness, enhance multinational interoperability in assist of Crisis Reaction and Counter Terrorism Operations, and to get ready regional partners for UN and AU mandated missions.
In this training, Uganda has despatched a Contingent of 105 UPDF Officers and Militants beneath the Command of Col Milton Katarinyeba who also deputizes the exercising Drive Commander.
