Colorado recently joined Virginia and California in passing a extra complete privacy regulation. The Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) will go into result July 1, 2023. This is 6 months soon after Virginia’s regulation (CDPA) and California’s Privacy Legal rights Act (CPRA), which amends the existing CCPA, go into result. The regulation does not have a private correct of action, and the AG is to undertake laws on specified features by July 1, 2023….
