California Adopts Statewide ‘Right to Recall’ Law for Certain Industries
Sure California companies have to put together now to comply with new obligations to rehire laid-off personnel who are certified for offered employment. The statewide regulation does not pre-empt community ordinances that develop better staff legal rights or have supplemental enforcement provisions.
