CJEU judgment in Schrems II: International Transfers Under Threat: Privacy Shield invalidated; Model Clauses survive but need review

Earlier these days, the Court docket of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) handed down its extended-awaited judgment in the Schrems II case (Case C 311/18).
