Drug Coverage Disclosures Are Due to the CMS by March 1

Employers that give prescription drug coverage to employees, retirees or dependents eligible for Medicare Section D will have to annually disclose to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Expert services (CMS) if that protection is at least equivalent in price to a Component D approach. Calendar-yr plans should submit disclosures to CMS by March 1.
