In a recent episode of Canadian Justice, Andrew Shaw joined a legal panel conversing about the personnel ideal to disconnect. Shaw talked about proposed work legislation about the means of people today to disconnect from do the job, like email messages or textual content messages, all through non-do the job several hours, and the implications for employers.
