Event announcement: Is there a path forward for court reform?

On Monday, Jan. 25, at 1 p.m. EST, the Brookings Establishment will host a discussion about the long term of Supreme Court reform proposals, now that Democrats have taken narrow regulate of the Senate and President Joe Biden has established a bipartisan fee to research court docket reform. Former Legal professional Normal Eric Holder will produce a keynote tackle, which will be adopted by a panel discussion showcasing Susan Hennessey and Molly Reynolds of Brookings, Daniel Epps of Washington College in St. Louis Legislation, Marin Levy of Duke Legislation, and Christopher Kang of Demand Justice.
