Help Us Help You!

When the San Diego Law Library staff first began hearing about library closures in Seattle and Northern California in early March, we began planning ways we could continue to provide the best services to our community.

Our staff met quickly and formulated a plan to bring online as many reference, database, and service options as we could. Communication of our online options started on March 16th when we closed to the public and started working from home.

At the present time we are offering phone, email, and chat reference.  We brought three remote databases online, including Nolo books, Fastcase, and Gale California Legal Forms. A COVID-19 legal resources page was created.  We have highlighted our online self-help center, research guides, and free legal website pages on our website. Additionally, staff working from home has access to all of our databases and are available to assist users with searches and research at this difficult time.

In order to assess how we are doing, please take a few minutes and fill out this survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SDLLservice

We will do our best to augment and adapt our services based on your feedback!
