Justice Thomas cancels plans to teach at DC law school

WASHINGTON (AP) — Supreme Court docket Justice Clarence Thomas has backed out of training a seminar at George Washington University’s legislation university in the nation’s capital, following student protests and the university’s assertion of help for the conservative justice’s role on campus.

“Justice Thomas informed GW Regulation that he is unavailable to co-train a Constitutional Legislation Seminar this slide,” college spokesperson Josh Grossman explained in an emailed statement Wednesday.
