Law Library Services Closed to Celebrate Labor Day Holiday

The legislation library will be closed on Monday, September 7th, to celebrate the Labor Day vacation. Labor Day pays tribute to the contributions and achievements of American staff.


The vacation is rooted in protest, with the the very first Labor Day “celebration” happened in New York Town in 1882 when 10,000 staff took unpaid time off to march from Town Hall to Union Square to protest poor functioning circumstances and unfair pay.
