LGBTQ Inclusion in the Workplace: Updating Policies and Training

Several businesses presently have procedures and practices in spot that are inclusive of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) staff, and now is a very good time to evaluate those applications in light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling that LGBTQ staff are guarded by federal employment anti-discrimination legislation.
