NFTs, or non-fungible tokens, are digital files stored on blockchain which can be sold and traded. These digital files can be used for creative works such as art, music, and videos. This presentation will discuss issues that arise under copyright law when NFTs are used for creative works, with a focus on NFTs and music artists.
