About the Speakers
David Finn has served as the President of the Federal Bar Association, San Diego Chapter due to the fact January 2020. Rebecca Church is the President-Elect of the Federal Bar Association, San Diego Chapter. She has served as an Assistant U.S. Legal professional in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California due to the fact 2015.
