Ned Eisenberg, ‘Law & Order: SVU’ actor, dead at 65

Actor Ned Eisenberg, identified for his purpose on “Legislation & Order: SVU,” has died. He was 65.

Eisenberg passed away on Sunday, February 27 at his New York residence, his representatives verified to Fox Information Digital.

The beloved onscreen and stage star experienced been battling two types of most cancers prior to this demise: cholangiocarcinoma and ocular melanoma. His brokers at Nicolosi & Co. and Ned’s spouse Patricia recommended the star for his brave battle.

His other film work provided acting in “Earth Trade Centre,” “Limitless,” “Will never Back again Down,” “Experimenter,” “Asher,” “The Exterminator,” “The Burning,” “Transferring Violations,” “Air The us,” “Past Person Standing,” “Most important Colours,” and “A Civil Motion.”

On the compact display screen, Eisenberg starred in “The Fanelli Boys,” a comedy also starring Christopher Meloni and Joe Pantoliano.

He had recurring roles in “Mare of Eastown,” “The Evening Of,” “Small Voice,” “Particular person of Interest,” “The Black Donnellys,” and “Law & Order.”

The Bronx native also guest starred in many Television set displays, such as “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” “30 Rock,” “The Big C,” “The Blacklist,” “Bull,” “Elementary,” “White Collar,” “The Excellent Wife,” “Madam Secretary,” “The Plot From America,” “New Amsterdam,” and a lot more.

Eisenberg co-founded the Bare Angels Theatre Enterprise in 1987. His qualified theater career commenced in Neil Simon’s “Brighton Beach front Memoirs,” and he also appeared on Broadway in “The Green Hen,” “Awake and Sing!,” and “Golden Boy.”

Most recently, he appeared in the revival of “6 Levels of Separation,” directed by Trip Cullman.

He is survived by his spouse, actress Patricia Dunnock, and son, Lino Eisenberg.
