New website, Open Government Global Summit, and World Bank event

The CGCP is launching a new web site, showcasing improved lookup operation and new goods.

New goods are up on the CGCP’s brand name new web site, which includes all fifty two Guiding Situations (“GCs”) unveiled to day (English translations of GCs forty seven-fifty two will be published on Nov. 15), 14 commentaries, 4 challenges of Guiding Cases Analytics, the most up-to-date edition of Guiding Cases Surveys, and our inaugural Guiding Cases Seminar.  Examine it out here.

Improved operation.   The new web site presents improved lookup operation empowering us to set GCs in perspective (therefore, making a series of goods, Guiding Cases in Standpoint) by evaluating first judgments as they establish into GCs and tracking subsequent instances that cite GCs.  These developments will make our expertise-base an even more powerful research tool.  Hope to see a lot of a lot more subsequent instances and Guiding Cases in Standpoint analyses up on the web-site in the coming months.

Open up Federal government Partnership World-wide Summit, Mexico Metropolis, Mexico.  On Oct 28, 2015, the CGCP will present a panel and workshop entitled Offering Access to Justice for All by way of Open up Judiciary: Comparative Ordeals from the U.S., Latin America, and China, collectively with major scholars and practitioners spanning in aim from designed and creating to closed societies at the 2015 Open Federal government Partnership (OGP) World-wide Summit in Mexico Metropolis.

Law, Justice and Growth Week, Planet Lender Headquarters, Washington D.C.   Introducing to the fantastic news of our OGP World-wide Summit acceptance, the CGCP was also picked to present at the Planet Bank’s Law, Justice and Growth (LJD) Week .  The panel The Job of ‘Precedents’/Guiding Situations in the Productive Software, Interpretation, and Implementation of the Law will attribute judges and demo legal professionals from the United States, mainland China, Taiwan, and Japan.   Registration will close after November six.
