Guiding Circumstance Nos. fifty three-56 (Chinese) now available

The SPC has unveiled the eleventh batch of Guiding Conditions, including in their range a Guiding Circumstance on patent law. The first Chinese variations are now available online. English translations prepared by the CGCP will be published shortly.
