Polskie ePlatnosci is a subsidiary of Nexi Group and a payment card operator with operations throughout Europe. With its acquisition of Simapka, the organization will maximize its capability to deliver customers with contemporary mobile systems and a better selection of Android companies, additional diversifying its income streams. Polskie ePlatnosci vice-president of M&A Monika Gaszewska said the company’s intention to “build an ecosystem in which payment will be only one particular of several elements”.
