President Nominates Former Wage and Hour Administrator to Resume Role
President Job Biden will nominate David Weil to direct the U.S. Division of Labor Wage and Hour Division, according to a new White House announcement. Weil was the Wage and Hour Administrator from 2014 to 2017 for the duration of the Obama administration.
