South Africa Pledges Not to Unilaterally Reinforce Cigarette Ban Following Court Challenge
The South African governing administration has pledged not to arbitrarily fortify its recently lifted cigarette ban without community consultation. In return the Fair-trade Unbiased Tobacco Affiliation has dropped its scenario.
