The Office of Labor (DOL) issued a revised ultimate rule Jan. 14 necessitating companies to pay back skilled international workers substantially increased wages.
The new rule will restructure the prevailing wage program utilised in labor situation purposes for utilizing H-1B visa workers and labor certifications for workers employed below employment-centered permanent residence visas.
